Viktor Nordheim
Recently graduated with a M.Arch and Diploma from The Oslo School of Architecture- and Design.
I enjoy exploring boundaries and finding a balance between intervention and site through my designs. The relationship between structure, function and message is what drives my design process, and it is where I find my inspiration.

The project is based in Budapest and explores different forms of timber construction. The narrative is driven by a collaborative goal in the institute, connecting academia, industry, government and the public through different forms of spaces.
Housing development project based in Aylesham, England. The project is based around a semi-detached housing typology for crafting families. The homes are designed to fit in the same price range as the housing that exists around the site, while at the same time reinvigorate the community spirit that existed in Aylesham before.
Activist protest project based in Cable street London. The pulpit explores how architecture can broadcast a message. The specific activist wants to inform the public about green space in the city, and how buildings are trapping our green space, while they could be vehicles for it.
Digital archive project based in Rochester, England. The archive explores how storing digital copies of art can prevent the loss of history, while at the same time question the rights of a 3D scan / Pointcloud. Who owns a digital scan, and how can you exhibit a copy?
Landscape project based in Medway, England. The project is based in a natural reserve for the protection of birds. It explores how viewpoints can be hidden in a landscape, allowing for camouflaged viewing of wildlife.
The folly project is 3 follies based in imaginary landscapes. The landscapes were made in a casting studio, and the follies reacted to the landscape which was formed. Each folly explores its own facets of the spaces.
